DomusMea Paros is a real estate agency founded by Yannis Moschoutis and Emanuela Patrocchi.
Yannis Moschoutis
Broker/owner
Yannis grew up in Athens but has family roots here in Paros and has a good knowledge of the island.
He collaborates with the architectural office of PatrocchiArchitetti for construction purposes and has a good deal of insight about the real estate market in regards to value and potential value of the properties.
He is also founder and owner of PantaRei Traditional Hotel Apartments in Parikia.
Emanuela Patrocchi
Architect/owner
Emanuela is an Italian architect living and working between Pistoia and Paros.
She studied and worked in Paris, Lyon and Milan until she opened her office of Architecture in Genoa. Later she moved to Paros where she opened in 2009 a second architectural office PatrocchiArchitetti.
She is also founder and owner of PantaRei Traditional Hotel Apartments in Parikia.
