Located in the beautiful area of Kakapetra just outside the pretty village of Parikia, these old stone buildings are: an old “katoikia” of 60m2, an old barn with stone- walls for a total of 143m2 and several buildings for an area of 75m2 built these are also in ancient stone.
Now these buildings are partly in ruins but still retain the characteristic Cycladic architectural elements, attesting to their initial use.
The land has a total area of 4062.80 m2 with a beautiful view over the whole bay of Parikia; a part of this land for 2352.5 m2 is part of the development plan of the village of Parikia, so it has an additional possibility to build up to 400 m2 and possibility to build a swimming pool.
The old stone walls, roof and wooden beams are original and can be redesigned for a mix of old and contemporary charm.
